Any voter may request a vote-by-mail ballot by contacting the Supervisor of Elections Office by mail, by phone (850) 595-3900, by e-mail: soe@escambiavotes.com or in person at the Supervisor of Elections Office located at 213 Palafox Pl, 2nd Floor, Pensacola, FL 32502. Requests must include voter’s name, date of birth and address. Voted ballots must be returned to the Supervisor of Elections Office no later than 5pm on election day (Tuesday, August 30, 2016).
